“Course Materials” means the information provided by Joseph Ikhalia’s Cyber Bootcamp & Online Course to accompany a course provided as part of the Services in hard copy or electronic form.

“Fees” means the fees paid by you to Joseph Ikhalia’s Cyber Bootcamp & Online Course for the Services.

“Intellectual Property Rights” means copyright, rights in or relating to databases, patent rights, performers’ rights, designs and registered designs, trademarks, rights in or relating to Confidential Information and other intellectual property rights (registered or unregistered) throughout the world.

“Online Course” means the delivery by us of an online course pursuant to which you learn course materials remotely.

“Services” means the provision of the Online Course and/or the Taught Course and/or the Course Materials together with such other services as agreed from time to time and purchased by you through the Website or by telephone.

“Taught Course” means a course taught by us in an online setting to which you attend in person.

“you” means the individual attending the Bootcamp Online classes.

Ethical Considerations

• Respect for Others: You agree to treat fellow participants, instructors, and staff with respect and professionalism, fostering a supportive learning community.
• Academic Integrity: Plagiarism, cheating, or any form of academic dishonesty is strictly prohibited. All work submitted must be your original creation, and any references used must be properly cited.
• Ethical Hacking: In the context of cybersecurity, we may discuss ethical hacking techniques. However, you are strictly prohibited from using these skills for malicious or unauthorized activities. Any such individual who indulges in such prohibited activities will be liable in their individual capacity.

Course Enrollment

• Enrolling in the course signifies your commitment to actively participate, complete assignments, and engage with course materials.
• Payment of the course fee is required before gaining access to the course materials and resources.
• Course enrollment is non-transferable and non-refundable.

Intellectual Property

• All Intellectual Property Rights in the Course Materials, Online Courses and the speeches made by trainers at the Taught Courses are, and remain, the intellectual property of Joseph Ikhalia whether adapted, written for or customized for the Client or not.

You are not authorized to: –

(i) copy, modify, reproduce, re-publish, sub-licence, sell, upload, broadcast, post, transmit or distribute any of the Course Materials without prior written permission.

(ii) record on video or audio tape, relay by videophone or other means the Online Course or Taught Course given

(iii) use the Course Materials in the provision of any other course or training whether given by us or any third-party trainer.

(iv) remove any copyright or other notice of Joseph Ikhalia on the Course Materials.

(v) modify, adapt, merge, translate, disassemble, decompile, reverse engineer (save to the extent permitted by law) any software forming part of the Online Courses.

Breach by you of this clause shall allow us to immediately terminate these terms and conditions with you and cease to provide you with any Services, including but not limited to access to the Online Courses.

Confidentiality

• At all times during the course, students may have access to sensitive information, case studies or scenarios which are considered confidential. Students should not disclose or share such information without proper authorization during and even after the course; failure to which they will be held individually liable.

Online Conduct

• You are responsible for maintaining a respectful and professional online presence in all course-related discussions, forums, and communication platforms.
• Any form of harassment, hate speech, or offensive behavior will not be tolerated.

Feedback and Reviews

• You may provide feedback and reviews on the course. Your feedback should be constructive and adhere to our ethical standards.

Limitation of Liability
